Welcome to

Time To Thrive.

At Time To Thrive, I gently guide and support you through the challenges of divorce, helping you heal, grow, and move forward with hope and self-confidence.

My approach

Divorce can feel like the unraveling of everything familiar — but it can also mark the beginning of something deeply meaningful and new. At Time To Thrive, my approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and unwavering support. I meet you exactly where you are, walking beside you through the uncertainty, grief, and tough decisions, always with compassion and without judgment.

As someone who has walked this path myself, I know the pain, the fear, and the deep questioning that can come with the end of a marriage. I also know that healing is possible — and that with the right support, you can move forward with dignity, grace, and strength you may not even know you have yet.

My passion is to help others not only navigate this transition but emerge stronger, more self-assured, and ready to embrace a hopeful new beginning. Together, we’ll work to rebuild your confidence, rediscover your voice, and help you thrive in your next chapter.

Not Sure What’s Next?

Let’s Figure it out together.

Divorce isn’t just a single decision — it’s a series of choices, each one carrying emotional weight and financial pressure. Maybe you’re still unsure whether to stay or go. Maybe you’ve decided to leave but don’t know where to start. Or maybe the decision was made for you, and now you’re left trying to figure out how to move forward without draining your savings in the process. Wherever you are, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I’m here to help you clear the fog, find your footing, and regain a sense of control. With practical guidance, proven strategies, and compassionate support (plus a little tough love when needed), you’ll avoid costly missteps and start making confident, informed decisions.

Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your life — one that brings clarity instead of chaos and helps you and your children (if you have them) move ahead with strength, stability, and yes — more peace of mind and money in your pocket.

Ready to take the first step? I’ve got you.

Hi, I’m Lisa!

Hi I’m Lisa. I’m so glad you’re here!!! I have 25 years experience educating and working with others. I am a DCA Certified ADR Divorce Coach. I’m a wife, mother to two wonderful children, and proud grandmother to two energetic grandsons. At my core, I’m an educator — I hold a master’s degree in education and have always been passionate about helping others grow, learn, and reach their potential.

My journey into divorce coaching began with my own experience. Having gone through divorce myself, I understand all too well the emotional toll, the uncertainty, and the deep need for steady, compassionate support during such a difficult time. That personal experience lit a fire in me to help others move through their own transitions with dignity, strength, and hope for what’s ahead.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me walking and being outdoors, golfing, or cheering on our daughter at one of her many dance activities. I also treasure any time spent with family and friends — they are truly the heart of my life.

"Working with Lisa at Time To Thrive was one of the best decisions I made during my divorce. I came to her feeling overwhelmed, scared, and unsure of what steps to take. She met me with such compassion and calm, and helped me make clear, confident decisions when everything felt chaotic. She didn’t just help me survive the process — she helped me start to believe in myself again. I’m so grateful for her support, wisdom, and the steady presence she was when I needed it most."
